1. What size are the bags?
Goin' Out Style (excl. handle): 7.25” wide * 6” high * 2” deep
Hangin' Out Style (excl. handle): 7.25” wide * 5” high * 2” deep


2. What material are the bags made from?
Both bag styles are made with a canvas outer. The inside of the bags is 100% cotton to protect your camera.


3. What sized cameras will fit in the bags?
The funksion cam clutch will hold most small to medium sized cameras.


4. Are the bags safe for my camera?
Yes, the inside of the bags are padded on all sides plus the bottom and the inner liner is 100% cotton.


5. What are the outer pockets for?
The back pocket was designed with a cell phone in mind. The side pockets are great for carrying your keys, lipgloss, shoulder strap or whatever.


6. How big of a cell phone will fit in the back pocket?
Well, my phone is old. Including the antenna it is 4” long and 1” thick and it fits fine. The pocket will safely hold a phone up to 4.5” long and 1.5” thick.


7. How long will it take to get my bag?
All orders will be shipped within 48 hours, using Canada Post Xpresspost or Air service. Shipping times vary depending on your location. Please review the shipping information link for complete details.


8. Will I get an email confirmation of my order?
After you place your order we will email you a confirmation of your order. As the order is processed, you will also be emailed a confirmation that the order has shipped. To view your order history or tracking information, you can login to our website under your account.


9. Is your site secure?
This site does not collect credit card numbers directly, financial transactions are processed through Paypal which uses high levels of encryptions to protect your credit card data. For more information on security of this site view our Privacy Policy and Paypal's website.


10. What do you do with my personal information?
We do not sell your information to anyone! Please review the privacy policy.


11. What is your returns policy?
We love the funksion cam clutch and I want you to as well! In the event that the product(s) you receive are defective, we will exchange or refund your item for you upon approval. Please email carly@funksion.ca for further information. All refunds will be for the original purchase price (plus applicable sales tax), excluding shipping and handling fees. Shipping for all returned items must be paid for by sender.
